The LAMB Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is dedicated solely to assisting people who have intellectual disabilities. 85% of funds raised go directly to programs that support people with intellectual disabilities in the Raleigh/Cary/Apex area, including providing money to teachers in order to purchase supplies for their classes. The remaining 15% goes to supporting people with intellectual disabilities throughout the state of North Carolina.

The proceeds from last year's tournament went to support:

  • 3 EC Teachers in Athens HS in Raleigh

  • 1 EC Teacher in Oakview ES/Apex Friendship MS

  • 2 EC Teachers and 1 Occupational Therapist in Cary ES

  • 1 EC Teacher in Cary HS

  • 3 EC Teachers in Kingswood ES in Cary

  • 1 EC Teacher in Swift Creek ES in Raleigh

  • 1 EC Teacher in Barton Pond ES in Raleigh

  • 1 EC Teacher in Carpenter ES in Cary

  • 1 EC Teacher in Alston Ridge ES in Cary

  • 2 EC Teachers in Hillburn Academy in Raleigh

  • 1 EC Teacher in Panther Creek HS in Cary

  • Middle Creek HS in Apex adaptive playground project and esteemed coffee vocational training

  • St. Andrew the Apostle Faith Formation Program in Apex (targeting EC children)

  • GiGi's Playhouse Down Syndrome Achievement Center in Cary

  • We Will Walk With You in Raleigh
